I didn't inherit my grandma's, grandpa's and mum's green thumb. We only have a balcony but we got plants from our parents and most of them seem to stay alive from being watered once in a while, just not thriving, while indoor plants get killed. If we ever get a garden, the plants in there won't feel lucky...Thinkiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05940128890418208443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3248234664769686290.post-2427337408279316092010-05-13T12:44:32.424-05:002010-05-13T12:44:32.424-05:00Most plants die the moment I look at them... the o...Most plants die the moment I look at them... the only thing that I can't seem to get killed are the unwanted weeds... I DO have a small garden and I KEEP ON trying though... but most of the time I buy some summer flowers in the Spring, put them in pots and get them out in Autumn... that's the only thing that seems to work for me! I don't have plants in my house... but I guess I smoke too much for them to survive inside *teehee*Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3248234664769686290.post-16882451310368892322010-05-13T09:52:07.252-05:002010-05-13T09:52:07.252-05:00When I was younger, I really killed a lot of house...When I was younger, I really killed a lot of houseplants. I was convinced that I did not have a green thumb. But somewhere along the way, in the 1980's, I discovered herbs and that was the beginning of a new period in my life. I now grow herbs, perennials and annuals. but I especially love the herbs. You might experiment with a few pots of them on your patio or deck. The best part is you can also eat them! I know you can do it! <br />By the way, I still can't keep an African violet alive.....Jacquerosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03326521604768927380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3248234664769686290.post-867285066123806792010-05-13T06:28:35.770-05:002010-05-13T06:28:35.770-05:00thanks for introduction to the vintage studio! I love looking at them but don't enjoy tending to them! Can you imagine: my hands get dirty when gardening! Ick! It's one thing to have paint on my hands but dirt?!MJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03010547516401501448noreply@blogger.com
